Mark Zappala, Founder & CEO

With varying stints as a banker, real estate developer and investor, Mark has finally found a way to combine his life-long interests in food, wine, travel and writing in a venture that allows for the tax deductibility of same. Born out of personal frustration with out-of-date winelists, missing inventory and irrelevant recomendations, Mark envisioned WinePicks as a beautifully simple tool with a singular purpose: to help you find “Your wine. Everywhere.”

Pritam Advani, Founder & CFO

A former Big Eight accountant and serial entrepreneur, Pritam has been involved in a number of start-ups that enjoyed successful exit strategies including TrueCommerce, TechRx, E-Transport and Cost Containment. Pritam is the current President and CEO of PCN Network, a member of the Edison Director Network and, along with Mark Zappala, a co-founder of WinePicks. An average golfer with a penchant for over-analyzing everything, Pritam is never lacking for an opinion and, fortunately for his investors, most of the time he’s right!

Dina Licata, Sales & Marketing

Dina holds a B.A. in Studio Art from Penn State University and a Masters in Interior Architecture from Chatham College.

John Boughner, Software Engineer

When we told John he could make a living writing software and learning about wine, he jumped at the chance to do so. He spends most of his time writing code, trying new wines and studying Philosophy.

John holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
